We loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the city, close to everything. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop pool which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, serving us delicious breakfast on the rooftop every morning. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient location in the main area.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Located in the heart of a bustling area, guests are treated to a vibrant atmosphere filled with street art and charming side streets. The rooms are beautifully designed, with elegant details and comfortable beds that guarantee a night of good rest. The staff is welcoming and attentive, offering top-notch service and a delicious breakfast to start the day off right. The rooftop bar is perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the stunning views of the city.
Some rooms can be noisy because of the location in a lively part of town.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. We were able to easily explore all the sights of the downtown area, and the hotel itself was like a sanctuary in the midst of the city chaos. The beautiful courtyard and upstairs terrace were our favorite spots to relax. Another perk was their vegetarian restaurant, which was not only delicious but also had a creative menu that was a refreshing change from the typical Mexican fare.
While we loved the overall vibe of the hotel, there were a few things we didn't enjoy. Our room had just been painted and was not well ventilated, which made it difficult to sleep.

The artistic touches throughout the hotel were amazing, creating a high-end boho vibe. The food options were delicious and creative, especially the tasting menu at night. The staff were very nice and accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable during our stay. The architectural design of the hotel was excellent, and the rooftop garden was a must-see.
One specific situation that stood out to us was when we had an issue with our room. However, the staff promptly resolved it with a smile, showing their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction.

We had an exquisite experience at this hotel. The luxurious amenities fulfilled all of our needs, with exclusive facilities such as the rooftop pool and sun terrace. The service was exceptional, with well-trained and welcoming staff. We enjoyed exceptional dinner with a variety of options, including special diet menus. The room advantages were outstanding, with a very comfortable bed and an exceptional shower, setting the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a busy day.
The only minor issue we encountered was the location advantage, which wasn't as good as expected. Although not necessarily a flaw of the hotel, it was unexpected that some of the hotel's rooms lacked air conditioning and proper airflow.

Great staff and cozy rooftop bar with amazing views. , the hotel's location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions.
The hotel lacked proper ventilation in the rooms which made it hard to breathe at times, and the nights were quite noisy due to loud music playing throughout the building. The overall experience wasn't the most comfortable, and the value for money wasn't worth it.
